It is on three floors and has a commanding position over the nearby Roman Necropoli. It offers an enchanting view on Pozzuoli Gulf, Capo Miseno Light house and the islands of Procida & Ischia. It is in a private and large park with a pool and has characteristic places outside to relax in a suggestive and natural atmosphere. It is furnished in a country style, with distinctive details, that will enchant guests who chose it for their holiday or business.

Characteristic lounge with a manger; on the below floor of the villa, organized to be able to welcome guests for reading set between a Roman vaulted roof and an Opus Reticolatum wall it offers a web point; at the same time here you can experience the exclusive sensation of living antiquity and reality.

:: :: There are six bed rooms. They are independent, mainly on the middle floor (ground floor) of the house, (in two adjacent units:MAIN HOUSE & ANNEX HOUSE). Comfortable, bright, panoramic, all with bath room en-suite, air conditioning, tv, phone, safe box, all catered to make you feel at home.

room n.2: “ Becky’s home” independent, apartment (4/5 pax.) with air conditioning, an intermediate floor double bed, lounge with 2 +1 beds, independent kitchen, bath room (shower); located on the first floor of the Pink house with entrance from inside by steps with an exit on to the solarium-panoramic terrace.
room n°3: “Fire place home” double bed room-four bedded, apartment (3/5 pax.), with air conditioning, lounge with fire place and 1+1 beds, an intermediate floor, independent kitchen, bathroom (bath/shower); located on the first floor with independent entrance from the terrace and inside by exit on to the solarium- panoramic terrace.
La “Baracca” (II° unity-Annex House) Just 10m. across the patio, opposite the entrance to the main house there is an annex house with: La “Baracca” (II unity) room n.4: “la baracca di Mario” Independent double bed room/three bedded, with air conditioning, bath room inside (shower); located on the middle floor with entrance from the garden.

Terrace on the top of house with an original tunnel entrance. Panorama of Pozzuoli Gulf, Capo Miseno Light house, Procida and Ischia Islands. Overlooks the Roman Ruins, local houses, vegetation and the country side around.
